Super tasty dishes and very nice service. The dishes are lovingly prepared. You have to be very hungry to get them open. Keep up the good work, you are great. We will come back.

Nice rustic Würzhaus with great cuisine. The service was very courteous and friendly. The soup, liver dumpling soup, was very tasty, the dumpling large, firm to the bite and perfect in taste. The Ratskellersteak was huge and very tender. Price performance is right from front to back. Unfortunately no card payment is possible.

Nice, clock-like inn in the heart of Mittenwald. Excellent food at really humane prices and a host who can give feedback on every meal. Very big class and a nice exception in an area full of tourist bars. Highly Recommended! However, it is mandatory to reserve in advance.

I can highly recommend the Römerschanz. The staff is very friendly . The food is really great, especially the Karwendelsteak has to be mentioned. The portions are really generous.

We found the restaurant on Google in transit and spontaneously decided to eat something with the family there. We were greeted very friendly by the owner and the service was very friendly and courteous. The restaurant is bright, original and tastefully decorated. Important. The food was very good and the portion huge. My Karwendel steak was really good, including the dishes my family had ordered. The prices definitely match the service. Anyway, my family and I enjoyed it. We will come back. This is not only due to the great present for the children that we received.

We stopped at Römerschanz on a whim, and it was by far the best restaurant that we have visited on our tour of Bavaria. The food was skillfully prepared and artfully presented, the flavours were well combined and seasoned proportionately. The rustic feel of the restaurant, and the genuine interest and attention from our host gave us a true feeling of gemütlichkeit. We mentioned it was our 27th wedding anniversary, and our host kindly comp'ed our beverages and brought us two toasting shots of the house William Birne/Honig Schnapps. Outstanding. Highly recommend Römerschanz.

Authentic rustic Bavarian restaurant with an exciting menu that goes beyond the Bavarian plate. The service is warm but determined! The food was really delicious! On a positive note, there was also a vegan alternative. Reservation recommended as the place is often well attended.

I've never seen anything like it. A place which is so romantic and the staff very helpful love children. And children get bridged something to play with.
